My-Sommelier

Conceived from Besanopoli, creative agency based in Milano, for ASPI, Associazione della sommellerie professionale Italiana, My Sommelier is equipped with an ingenious and complicated algorithm that combines food and wines considering their organoleptic qualities, studied by ASPI, led by champion Giuseppe Vaccarini, the only association allowed to reppresent in its country ASI, Association de la sommellerie Internationale.
It is therefore not a question of simple personal experience but of applied science to dining.

A database that is constantly updated from our colelagues and sommeliers that contact each estate in order to establish a truthful relationship.

Choose a dish and My Sommelier will advise you on the best wine to match, it could be one or many, or it could also happen that there isnt a perfect one, because My Sommellier chooses only perfect matches. Dont get depressed, dining is modern science, with a few thousands of years behind.

My Sommelier, perfect for all combinations, and even more than that:
- describes every wine with a more detailed description
- displays the bottle which can be enlarged
- describes the winery that produces it in detail
- contacts the cellar for you
- will take you there giving you distance, times and map
- suggests the cup best chosen in the range of Bormioli Rocco and soon many other things!
